My work is grounded in softness, presence, and deep respect for your individual path. I create space for you to remember who you are.
This work meets your system as it is honestly and physically, without trying to fix you.
Through breath and movement, the body can shift out of chronic activation and into regulation. Less pushing. Less holding. More capacity to be here, to soften, to breathe.
Breath shifts state. Movement changes load. These practices support regulation through the body, not through effort or force.
As the system settles, intensity becomes easier to stay with.
Disconnection softens into return.

About Koki
Raised in Zurich with roots across different cultures, my path into this work began in burnout/depression, panick attacks, anxiety and deep disconnection.
On the outside, I functioned. Inside, I was falling apart.
For over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to Yoga, breathwork and somatic practices as a lived experience and direct work with my own path to healing. This is the work I now share.
