About Koki

Hiya, I’m Koki!
Raised in Zurich, with roots across the globe, I’ve always been drawn to the quiet magic of life. I move with presence, curiosity and care holding space for others to feel seen and supported. My work is grounded in softness and awareness. Through yoga, breath and body-based practices, I guide you back to yourself with respect for your rhythm, your story and your unique path. Beyond my work, I find joy in life’s simplicity moving, cooking, reading, traveling and sharing life’s light with my daughter. I feel deeply connected to the world around me… sometimes even wondering if a fly misses where it came from yeah never mind my brain, speaking six languages, using them to connect beyond words.

My Journey:
Yoga and breathwork came into my life at a time when everything felt like it was falling apart. What felt like breaking was, in truth, a turning point a quiet inner voice reminding me that there is another way. I was living through burnout, deep depression, and intense anxiety with panic attacks, rooted in the unresolved wounds of a difficult childhood. It wasn’t a quick transformation. It was a slow, honest process of facing the pain, learning to stay and meeting myself with compassion. Step by step, I began to reconnect with my body, rebuilding a sense of safety within myself.

Over the past decade, I’ve devoted thousands of hours to study and practice. I trained as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Therapist and completed 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali and India, studying with master teachers and teaching in schools. My work spans all ages from children to adults and includes corporate teams and community projects, from classrooms to offices and workshops across Switzerland, Thailand, India and Bali. Every hour, every class, every interaction is an exchange where I guide others and am equally shaped in return.

Through this journey, I discovered that healing isn’t about erasing what’s happened or trying to be someone else. It’s about finding your way back to your center, your own joy and living a life that truly feels like your own. Today, I continue to walk this path with courage, honesty and tenderness, bringing all I’ve learned into my work so I can hold space for others to do the same.

My Mission:
I create space for you to breathe and release. Here, you don’t need fixing, you need remembering. Remembering your strength, your wisdom and the part of you that has always been whole, even when life tried to convince you otherwise. Through yoga, breathwork and somatic practices, I guide you to reconnect with your body, your mind and your inner clarity. Time to let go of what’s been weighing you down and uncover the joy and lightness that resides inside you.

This work is for everyone, children, adults and communities alike.
Together, in 1:1 sessions, group circles or workshops, we hold a space for healing,
growth and deep self-trust. A space where you can soften, breathe fully and remember your heart.
