Yin-/Restorative YOGA
Yin-/Restorative Yoga is a very subtle but intense experience which cultivates internal balance. The postures are mainly practised in a sitting or lying position. Holding the postures without any muscular tension for a couple of minutes allow the joints to open and let the energy flow and be released where stuck. It’s different from the other styles, it can leave you feeling as though you have had a massage.

Dynamic Flow YOGA
Moving dynamicly and with the pace of your breath into static poses. The focus lies on creating balance of interacting activities and methods of the physical body, alignment, engagement, mind and energy. The nature of these series lead to cleansing the mind and body, building up the immunity, improving your cardiovascular system your endurance and your strength.

YOGA Nidra
Cultivating a state of aware sleep and wakefulness, a psychic sleep through complete and deep relaxation – designed to reach deeper layers of consciousness. In this lies the secret of self healing. The distractions of the mind will be contained and a different perception of yourself will be attained. A practice for your vagus nerve, the body, mind and soul to be utterly regenerated.

Breath Work Therapy
Breath is life, essential and yet we don’t know how to breath. This session of conscious connected breath work with somatic work will guide you to explore the depth of your subconscious, releasing suppressed emotions, cleaning stagnant energy, reprogramming your system and patterns. You will gain a deeper insight of yourself and clarity, accessing a heightened state of consciousness.
