Consent Form

I understand that If at any time during the class, I feel discomfort or strain, I will gently come out of the posture. I may rest at any time during the class if needed. I understand that it is important in yoga to listen to my body, and respect its limits on any given day. It is my obligation to inform the instructor of any symptoms such as fatigue. Although Koki Yoga’s classes are heavily researched and science-based, by agreeing with the terms & conditions I understand and accept that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to a person or property, resulting from the taking of the class. Those under 18 years of age must have this form agreed to by a parent or guardian.

Refund Policy – For privates and group classes. 

An in-studio session can be canceled for any reason up to 6 hours before the start of the booked class and a Zoom class canceled for any reason up to 2 hours before the start of class without incurring a charge. If a no-show occurs, or the teacher is not informed of the cancellation by email or SMS, the session is counted as a normal class/session and you will be charged.  If the missed class is part of a bundle then it will be deducted from your bundle total as if the class had been taken. No refunds will be given for a class, subscription or bundle purchase, although exceptional circumstances will be taken into account.

Packages/session purchases are valid for 6 months after the purchase date. The instructor has the right to cancel the sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, or change the class schedule at any point. In the case of a private session will make-up for them as soon as the client is next available.
